Using QT-Buddy and its downloadable content.

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms cover QT-Buddy, this website and associated account, content and update services offered under the QTology brand. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase content or use the app. Contact app.qtology@gmail.com with questions.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, verify your email when required and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and should report suspected unauthorized access. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have appropriate parent or guardian permission. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to access.
3. The application and content
QT-Buddy provides desktop companions and interactive dangles. Kitten and the three default dangles are included with the application. Other companions and dangles may require a separate download or purchase. Features vary by companion, package, platform and version. Future content announcements are plans, not commitments to a delivery date or inclusion in an existing purchase.
4. Permission to use
Subject to these terms and any purchase conditions shown before checkout, you receive a limited, non-exclusive permission to install and use the app and content for your own authorized use. A download or purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, artwork or other intellectual property. Do not redistribute, resell or repackage app assets, share paid access, bypass signature or entitlement checks, or misrepresent modified content as an official release. This does not restrict rights that applicable law expressly permits.
5. Purchases and payment support
Prices, currency, applicable charges and the content being purchased are shown in the app or checkout. Review those details before paying. Payment processing is handled by the provider identified at checkout. Contact app.qtology@gmail.com with the order or payment reference for failed delivery, duplicate charges or refund requests. Any refund conditions disclosed before purchase and mandatory consumer rights apply. These terms do not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
6. Downloads, offline access and updates
Initial registration and sign-in require internet access. Available included and downloaded content can then work offline, subject to account and entitlement verification when connectivity resumes. Content downloads are initiated by you. The app may download and install verified application updates automatically and restart. Updates can change features or compatibility. Download software only from official sources and keep backups of important work.
7. Desktop controls
You control companion and dangle visibility, size, placement and supported behaviors. Guard Mode can keep your computer awake while active; turn it off when it is no longer needed. Desktop overlays may affect your workflow, and can be hidden or stopped. QT-Buddy is an entertainment and desktop-personalization product, not a security, monitoring or safety service.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious packages, probe accounts without permission or attempt to defeat payment and access controls. Respect the rights of other people and the cultural or religious significance of depicted characters.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts involved in misuse or security risks. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where changes affect purchases or access, applicable law and the terms disclosed for that purchase continue to apply. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support.
10. Responsibility and legal rights
Use the app with appropriate care for your device and work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without a promise that it will meet every individual requirement or operate without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the rights of the parties; these terms do not impose an exclusive court or waive statutory remedies.
11. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains account and device data handling. Third-party authentication, hosting and payment services have their own terms and privacy policies. Links to external services do not mean those services are operated by QT-Buddy.
12. Changes and contact
